INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • ½ cup Almond Milk (or any other choice of milk)
  • 5g Kratom Powder
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tsp Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place the oats, milk, kratom powder, chia seeds, Greek yoghurt, honey and vanilla extract in a large jar with a lid on.
  2. Shake the jar until all of the ingredients are thoroughly mixed together.
  3. Leave the closed jar in the fridge overnight (or at least a minimum of 4 hours) to allow the oats to absorb the moisture of the other ingredients.
  4. Enjoy first thing in the morning!
