KRATOM BANANA & BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE

Blueberries contain a huge number of nutritional benefits and they are low in calories, making them a powerful addition to an of your favorite smoothie recipes! INGREDIENTS:

• 1 Cup Greek Yogurt or Milk
• 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
• 2 Ripe & Frozen Bananas (chopped into slices)
• ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
• 5g Kratom Powder

DIRECTIONS:

Place the Greek yogurt/milk, bananas, and blueberries in a blender. Blend until it is a smooth consistency.
Add the vanilla extract and kratom powder and blend for another minute, until the entire mixture is smooth and mixed well.
Pour the mixture out into a tall glass or smoothie cup.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
