What are your delivery charges?

Deliver within the US is free. At checkout delivery fee will be added to the final price for international shipping.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Payment options are mentioned as you checkout. We accept PayPal and Credit Cards.

How long will delivery take?

Deliveries within the US take 4-8 working days. However international shipments can take anywhere between 1-2 weeks depending on where you live. We do not make any guarantees about international shipments as international packages can be held at customs due to government regulations.

Can I track my order?

Yes, as USPS sends a tracking number after your package has been shipped. However it can take upto 1-3 days for the tracking number to go live.

Is it possible to change my delivery address after I have placed an order?

We need to be contacted immediately and if USPS has not shipped your order we might still be able to change the delivery address. However if it has been sent out then you will have to make other arrangements.

General Information

Our company ships to all the countries that USPS and UPS deliver to. All of our merchandise is produced in the EU and then shipped to the United States.

We ship everyday from Monday to Friday. If orders are placed before 3pm EST they are shipped on the same day, if they are placed after 3pm EST then they will be shipped on the next business day. Any orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the upcoming Monday.

Due to the new era of covid-19 there are sometimes delays in deliveries, which unfortunately are out of our hands. For more information on this please check the USPS and UPS websites.
