- ½ cup Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
- ½ cup Almond Milk (or any other choice of milk)
- 5g Kratom Powder
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
- 2 tsp Greek Yoghurt
- 1 tsp Honey
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- Place the oats, milk, kratom powder, chia seeds, Greek yoghurt, honey and vanilla extract in a large jar with a lid on.
- Shake the jar until all of the ingredients are thoroughly mixed together.
- Leave the closed jar in the fridge overnight (or at least a minimum of 4 hours) to allow the oats to absorb the moisture of the other ingredients.
- Enjoy first thing in the morning!
